Repairing your Energy Field
Your Auric field is the energy capsule that you exist in. It is designed to hold you in an energetic casing, like an energetic eggshell to support you in feeling safe, vibrant, supported, and well in this world.
Most people have Auric field issues!
Tears in the energy collapsed and imbalanced fields or holding other peoples emotional energy in their field shrinking fields are two of the most common Auric field issues.
Use this simple energy healing technique to help repair and restore your Auric field:
- Standing with your feet shoulder width apart, take a deep breath through your nose and out through your mouth.
- Using your arms and hands imagine you are fluffing the energy around you.
- Bend over and fluff it around your feet, moving up toward your head, turning all around, fluffing, fluffing, fluffing your energy.
- As you fluff imagine you are releasing any body else's energy that is not yours.
A healthy Auric field is necessary for you to be a powerful point of attraction to manifest what you desire in life. A weak Auric field means the Universe can not read and find your signal and you are being lost amongst the energetic noise of this planet.
