Grounding
with the Earth
Many
of you are aware the energetic
changes of the earth that
are effecting us at this
time.
Essentially
this planetary alignment
that began with the Lunar
Eclipse a couple of years
ago is changing the energy
here on planet earth.
As
the energy changes into
a higher vibrationwe need
to acclimate to this new
condition.
A
good way to shift along
with the earth is to go
outside and ground with
the earth on either grass
or dirt.
Close
your eyes and imagine your
energy swirling down into
the center of the earth
connecting with an energy
point that is created just
for you.
Connect
your energy with the center
of the earth and imagine
the energy coming back up
to swirl through you up
through your crown chakra
and into infinity,connecting
with an energy point in
infinity and comingback
down to you.
Visually
this would look like you
are the center of a figure
8 that is connected to earth
and heaven.
